My entire garage is floating due to errosion.
Hairline crack within days of concrete pour
New build, getting a 12x17 extension poured. I asked about sub base, GC said theyre using an 8”x8” footer, north florida soil. Am i gonna be ripping this up? Pouring tomorrow..
Is it load bearing or just weird?
House Painters using Wood Filler for aluminum siding repair? For damage they caused.
At what point is it acceptable to say they filled my driveway in with poor quality infill, and it needs to be redone with more gravel and less dirt?
