Le puse números a cuánto se lleva un fondo del banco en comisiones a 20 años, frente a un indexado. Más de lo que pensaba.
Es normal que un contrato de arras en España no incluya una cláusula de financiación? Entiendo que, sin ella, podría perder las arras si no consigo la hipoteca. No suele añadirse una condición que proteja al comprador en caso de que el banco deniegue la financiación? Gracias.
