Just had an xfinity tech drive straight past my house then a couple minutes later i received a text saying "sorry we missed you, your appointment has been cancelled".
New Gigabit+ pricing is a slap-in-the-face...
Why doesn't Xfinity value its customers?
I contacted customer support because my internet isn’t working. The agent tried to trick me into activating a mobile line. Then told me I had to “activate” my modem by clicking a link (which I noticed would have doubled the speed and price of my plan). Oh and my internet still doesn’t work.
3 hours on phone, 2 escalations, then hung up on. HORRIBLE experience. Done.
Stay away from this company.
I respect Comcast but be very careful with them. They are the Godfather when it comes to hidden Fees... Scammed me for 10 years.
New pricing is outrageous
