Unknown bad skin condition on my dad's foot is spreading up his leg
2 month old. No idea what it is. Last doctor said eczema and possible viral rash. Said to mix steriod cream and antibiotic cream. Some of the newer ones look fluid filled. Before rash started we noticed her skin to be really dry for a couple days (with bumps like sandpaper). Started on trunk.
