Someone intercepted a FedEx driver and took my $2,500 ASUS laptop before it ever reached my house — they apparently had my tracking number, address, and last name
FedEx can find my Reddit posts, but apparently can’t find my package, tracking number, support ticket, or a live agent
The incompetence is astounding
