UPDATE: Federal Class Action Lawsuit Against Intoxalock Officially Stayed Until January 2027
NHTSA tried to ban "rolling retests" at speed for ignition interlocks in 2010. The industry said no. Yesterday I submitted a formal research request to the feds.
