I had a blood test this week and apparently I no longer belong here..
Year 2 of reversed pre-diabetes!!
Reduced HbA1c from 5.9 to 5.2 in 3 months.
Got my test results back today!

Reversed my prediabetes finally after 2 years
Down 61 lbs (232 to 171) and brought my A1C to a stable 5.0. It's a work in progress, but the discipline is paying off.
