The boring thing that moved my numbers more than any food swap: a 12-minute walk after dinner
I recently got diagnosed with pre-diabetes and was very stressed till an uncle of mine said this.....
Went from 6.4 to 5.5 and lost 95 lbs in 8 months.
My goal to reverse my prediabetes (2 month progress)
A1C 6 to 5.3 in 4 months.
Today I burst into tears trying to figure out what to eat
No longer pre-diabetic!
My fatass because I can’t have ihop chocolate chip pancakes due to prediabetes
I compared 5 meals that each had roughly 50g of carbs. The glucose responses were surprisingly different
From 6.4 to 5.7 A1C in three months!
