She underwent a craniotomy for a large parasagittal meningioma. Then she started having seizures and an MRI showed a lesion in her skull. They thought the meningioma was back and operated again. The "meningioma" was a cotton ball left from the previous surgery.

A woman's ex-husband offered to inject her Neurobion (a vitamin B complex supplement) for her. He visited her multiple times to do these injections. Two months later, patient went to the hospital with an abscess in her buttock. The "vitamin B" was mercury from a broken thermometer.
