Did a couple slabs for the fights tonight.
I only make meatloaf once a year for my wife's birthday because I absolutely hate meatloaf. We'll this year I decided to smoke the loaf and my mind and taste buds are blown away. Smoked with apple wood pellets at 225 for for 5 hours. Toped with pepper jack cheese and Italian seasoning.
My (now) favorite beef dish, Dino Ribs
Smoked a steak today. Pulled at 125. Yummy yum yum.
