Unfortunately cutting caffeine has made the biggest difference.
My contamination OCD decided to join forces with luteal this month and has been flaring since yesterday. Ugh.
I don’t know if it’s because I also have ADHD but when cravings hit, they’re so intense! Why do I feel like I’m going to implode if I don’t get the smoothie that I want? Lol!
